Abstract Submission Guidelines

Instructions for Oral Platform Presentation :
  • The file must be in the form of PowerPoint presentation.
  • Size of the PowerPoint should not exceed 5MB.
  • The maximum number of slides allowed is 8 excluding the title slide.
  • Each slide should contain no more than 7-8 lines.
  • Last date for submission of Oral Presentation in the website link is 8th February, 2025
  • Kindly Submit your Oral Paper Presentation in the Given Link
  • The PowerPoint presentation should include:
  • Introduction & Objectives: A sentence describing the purpose of the study.
  • Materials & Methods: Describe your selection of observations or experimental subjects precisely.
  • Results: Describe your results in a logical sequence.
  • Conclusions: Emphasize new and important aspects of the study and conclusions that are drawn from them.
  • Conflict of interest: Declaration of conflict of interest is mandatory.
  • Each speaker will be allotted a maximum time of 6 min (6 min of presentation by the speaker and 2 min of discussion).
  • Font types (preferable): Arial, Calibri, Verdana, Times New Roman, or Helvetica
  • Font size of the text should be between 12-14 points, such that the text can be read clearly from a distance.
  • Tables if any should be kept in minimum font size of 10 points.
  • Videos (if any) should be in Mp4/avi/mov format and must be uploaded in a separate folder
  • Conflicts of interest (if applicable) should be declared in the beginning itself.
  • All presenters must get their presentation in pen drive.
  • Presenter must be in the hall 30 min prior to their presentation. Any delay by the presenters will not be accepted.
  • Presenting authors must be registered for the conference and must wear the delegate badge while presenting.

Abstract Submission Guidelines for Poster Presentation :

E-Posters will be accessible on a PC with Windows 10 and PowerPoint. In order to ensure an optimal delivery of your poster presentation, please stick to the following guidelines for the preparation of your poster presentation:

Preparation:
  • Time limit for e-poster presentation is 8minutes (7minutes presentation + 1minute queries)
  • Your E-Poster Presentation should be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint (max 1 slide). As a general rule, it is better to use pptx format

  • Your E-Poster Presentation should be displayed in landscape orientation, 16/9 ratio.
  • Use high-contrast lettering and readable fonts (minimum font size of 24).
  • Use high-contrast colours (light text on dark background or vice versa).
  • Use standard Windows Times New Roman fonts only.
  • Save your E-Poster Presentation on a USB memory stick.
  • LAST DATE FOR SUBMISSION — 8th Feb 2025.
Pictures and graphics:
  • Save the picture(s) you want to use as a JPG or PNG and set the compression/quality to medium or high.
  • Avoid saving your pictures as TIF files (especially MAC poster presentations).
  • Save the pictures, graphics, or spreadsheets (Excel) used in your poster presentation separately or on a USB memory stick.
  • In a general manner, be careful to respect author’s rights and persons’ anonymity.
  • It should be submitted at least 1 Day prior, at the designated station on the day of presentation
